The WPI Experience Sharing and Review Meeting (ESRM) held on 3rd and 4th of March 2011 was attended and inaugurated by the Mayor of Mahabaleshwar Municipal Counsel, The CEO, Satara Civil Surgeon and the head of sanitary department In-charge. The opening speech was given by Project Director Avert Society. The ESRM created the opportunity for the implementing and the non funded partners to present their work in the workplace in form of exhibition, posters, oral presentation. This was followed by dissemination of evidence based innovative methods and approaches adopted by the Corporates, Associations, Trade unions and NGOs. Altogether 40 participants from various organizations like HINDALCO, HOCL, Kirloskar, TBIA, Krishna Charitable Trust, Kulkarni Charitable Trust and Niramay Health Foundation attended the workshop. In addition organizations like DIESL The Ambekar Institute of Labour Studies and MbPT had sent their experience for wider dissemination.
