Review meetings were held with FHI and NGO partners to ensure the relevance and appropriateness of the tools used for the MIS, especially on monitoring and evaluating various program components.

The focus was on ensuring that the formats remained comprehensive while being simple. The review process had NGO partners providing their experiential input at the thematic meetings held, especially on the formats used earlier for monthly technical reports, registers and field diaries.
